The department offers diploma course with a yearly intake of 120 students. The department has Electrical Machine Lab, Electronics Lab, Measurement Lab and Electrical Power Lab which have all the equipment and facilities for conducting various experiments as per diploma education programme and carry out development and fabrication of various projects and innovative/developmental activities. The tremendous growth of the department is due to its emphasis on the update of infrastructure facilities and academic programmes.
