- Functions of the Library committee:
- Students & faculty members will be encouraged for maximum use of the library by this committee.
- Members shall discuss with the concerned Head and faculty members of the respective department for subscribing new books/e books, IS codes, Journals/e Journals, web portals, etc.
- Meet frequently and convey the suggestions from faculty members and prepare the proposals for increasing the facilities regularly and submit to the principal for doing needful.
- The librarian should continuously monitor the budget, new arrivals, no. of journals, e journals as per AICTE requirements.
- It should arrange book fairs periodically for students & faculty.
- To prepare library web page with the help of website committee.
- At the end of academic year, a file containing a detailed report should be submitted & presented to the higher authorities.
