- Functions of the hostel committee:
- Preparation of list of students residing in various hostels.
- Verification of submission of food bills of all students on digital Gujarat portal in case of ST/SC students and payment in case of open category students.
- To maintain attendance muster.
- Organizing a meeting with all the students twice a month. (Prepare minutes of meeting).
- Taking feedback from all the students about Hostel facility & food quality.
- Take a surprise inspectionin a month.
- At the end of academic year, a file containing a detailed report should be submitted & presented to the higher authorities.
