- Functions of the discipline committee:
- To ensure that all the students shouldfollow the rules & regulations of institute as well as government.
- To ensure that all the students as well as faculty members wear the I Cards& uniforms (students only).
- To ensure calm and peaceful academic atmosphere in the campus.
- To avoid physical confrontations among students.
- To conduct inquiries on report of indiscipilinary activities among students.
- To initiate model actions against students involved in indiscipilinary activities.
- To ensure that the campus CCTV is functioning.
- To initiate steps to reduce violence, confrontations in future.
- Organizing one meeting in a month with all the studentsto instill a sense of responsibility and good citizenship among the students. (Prepare minutes of meeting).
- At the end of academic year, a file containing a detailed report should be submitted & presented to the higher authorities.
